Using Clip Bot
These terms apply to the Clip Bot Windows application and website. Use the service only if you can legally agree to these terms, or with the involvement of a parent or guardian where permitted. Follow the age and account requirements of any connected platform. Do not use Clip Bot if you do not agree to the applicable terms.
Clip Bot provides a personal, non-exclusive right to use the application while your account has valid access. You may not resell access keys without authorization, distribute modified copies as Clip Bot, bypass licensing, or interfere with the service. Rights that applicable law does not allow us to restrict are unaffected.
Your content and uploads
You retain your rights in your recordings and clips. You are responsible for having permission to capture, edit, store, and publish content, including game footage, music, voices, and other people's personal information. You authorize the processing needed for features you choose; this does not transfer ownership of your content to Clip Bot.
Review every clip, caption, bleep, title, and destination before uploading. Detection and transcription can make mistakes. Do not use the service for unlawful content, copyright infringement, harassment, deceptive activity, spam, or unauthorized access.
The current upload workflow uses official platform pages and requires you to complete the post there. Future direct uploads require an authorized account connection and your approval of the content to upload. Platform limits, moderation, account eligibility, and API approvals can affect availability. Clip Bot does not guarantee that a post will be accepted, remain available, or earn revenue.
Accounts, devices, and keys
Keep your sign-in and device credentials private and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact us if you believe it has been compromised.
Access keys may provide a stated duration or lifetime access. Time-limited access expires according to the terms shown when redeemed. Keys and device credentials may be revoked for fraud, unauthorized distribution, security issues, or violations of these terms. A device-access revocation does not itself cancel a paid subscription.
Plans and recurring billing
The advertised plans are US $15 per month, US $144 per year (20% less than twelve monthly payments, billed annually), and US $200 for lifetime access as a one-time payment. Purchases are only available when checkout is enabled. The checkout must show the applicable price, billing frequency, and any taxes before you pay.
Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew at their respective billing intervals until canceled. Cancel future renewals through the billing-management option in your account when billing is enabled. Unless the checkout or applicable law provides otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Deleting the app or signing out does not cancel billing.
Lifetime access means access to Clip Bot for as long as the software remains available. It is a one-time purchase with no recurring subscription charge. Lifetime access ends if Clip Bot is permanently discontinued. It does not guarantee that third-party platforms will continue to provide their services or that every future, separately offered product is included. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that the law gives you if paid services are not provided.
Any price change for future renewals will be communicated as required by law, with an opportunity to cancel before the change applies.
Refunds
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first Clip Bot purchase, whether monthly, yearly, or lifetime. An accidental monthly or yearly renewal is eligible for a full refund if you request it within 7 days of the renewal charge and have not used Clip Bot since that renewal. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals; access continues through the paid period unless that payment is refunded. Access associated with a refunded purchase ends when the refund is issued. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. To request a refund, email theclipbot1@gmail.com with your account email and purchase receipt. This policy does not limit any mandatory cancellation, refund, or consumer-protection rights under applicable law.
Mandatory cancellation, refund, and consumer-protection rights remain unaffected. Contact the support address on this page for a payment issue; do not send a full card number or password.
Supporter rewards
If the supporter program is available, its displayed eligibility, reward amount, waiting period, and redemption limits apply. Rewards are discounts rather than cash. Self-referrals, duplicate or fraudulent purchases, refunds, and chargebacks may make a reward ineligible or reverse it. Do not make misleading claims when promoting Clip Bot, and disclose referral incentives where required.
Storage, performance, and updates
Temporary clips and source footage may be removed by retention or storage controls. Favorite or otherwise keep clips you want to retain, and maintain independent backups. Clip Bot is not a backup service.
Game mode reduces background work but does not promise zero CPU, network, disk use, or FPS impact. Device capability, recording quality, and optional local processing affect performance. Features described as experimental may produce incorrect results.
App updates may require downloading files and restarting. Capture can stop during restart. Website changes and desktop releases are separate. Some features depend on supported versions, online access checks, or external services.
Service availability and responsibility
We aim to provide a working service, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation, perfect detection, or compatibility with every device or third-party service. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without additional implied warranties. This does not exclude any warranty, liability, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may suspend access to address a security threat, unlawful activity, or a material breach of these terms. We will provide notice where practical and legally required. Ending access does not transfer ownership of your local recordings to us.
Privacy and changes to these terms
Read the Privacy Policy for how information is processed. We will identify the effective date of revised terms and provide notice of material changes when required. Applicable consumer rights continue to apply. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive rights that applicable law protects.
